Maine Poor Peoples Economic Human Rights Coalition

M.A.I.N. was involved in April 2009 when Cheri Honkala, national coordinator for the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign, visited Maine. As a result of Cheri's visit, people throughout Maine have been meeting to create an active Economic Human Rights campaign that will work toward those rights as well as having a connection to national efforts.
