What we did:

• Learned together about the Legislature, how laws are made, and how we can get our voices heard.
• Toured the State House to get familiar and comfortable with the surroundings. 
• Took part in a mock public hearing. 
• Heard from legislators and people with low-income about the importance of citizen participation.
